Money Shot News Subscriptions $ Automatic Renewal Disclosure

last updated 01/14/2019

I understand you are excited to become a Money Shot News Subscriber and I can’t wait to have you join the family. ( At least it feels like family to me ) I have so much to share.

However, I want to make sure there are no misunderstandings and I want to make the terms of your Money Shot Newsletter subscription is comprehensive and easy to understand. My goal is to inform you of everything you need to know, what you are being charged for, how much the charge is, how often the charge occurs and how long the automatic renewal term will last. I want you to know the minimum purchase obligation (if any), and how and when you can cancel. These terms are here for you before you make a subscription decision.

You will also be provided a mechanism that allows you to cancel your subscription at any time online from PayPal and I will confirm these terms with you by sending an acknowledgment by email to your PayPal email address with all the relevant information you see here.

You will have a copy of the automatic renewal terms and a copy of this cancellation policy.

On the 15th of each month, you will receive an email sent to your email address you use when you placed your subscription. This email will include a special link to the month’s Money Shot Newsletter. Each month this link will be different.

There is no one page that will allow you to access your newsletters. All access is offered only by email on the 15th of each month. It is important that you save these emails.

Your initial payment of $47, $99 or $297 Money Shot News purchase will be applied to either your PayPal account or the credit or debit card you use to place your order.

There is no money back on any subscriptions. Your first subscription payment is charged at the time of your order.

Each subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term, ether every 30 days for monthly, one year for a yearly subscription or every five years respectively unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of your current period.

You may cancel your subscription anytime by going into PayPal. Or look for the original subscription email confirmation sent by PayPal or if you have a PayPal account, log into your account and go to your subscriptions.

You may also email with a copy of this policy and a written request to cancel.

( This must be sent 24 before the end of your subscription.

Any unused portion of your membership will be forfeited if you cancel your subscription.

You may not place a subscription on hold. If your payment method declines, you will have five days to update your payment method or you can consider your subscription canceled.

Both PayPal and Michael Senoff from JS&M Sales & Marketing will send an email asking if you want to upgrade your credit card information and continue your subscription. It is your responsibility to set a reminder for the date endings on each of your subscriptions.

Again, once a subscription is marked canceled, you will no longer receive the Money Shot News on the 15th of each month by email and you will be removed from the newsletter distribution list. However, you may re-subscribe at any time after that. For more information, see our terms of service and Privacy Policy.

Any questions, email or text or call Michael Senoff at 858-692-9461. I know this may seen like a lot to take in, but it’s all here for you in black and white.
